Bell Island Beach is a part of the Pine Point Association and is a private beach for members and their guests in Rowayton Village, Norfolk. The small beach is sandy and flat and has small rocks mixed throughout the sand. During high tide the water goes to the seawall and there is little or no space on the beach.
