Ferry Beach
Ferry Beach, also known as Western Beach, is located just off Black Point Road near Prouts Neck in Scarborough, Maine. This small beach is perfect for those looking to avoid crowds of busier beaches in the area. Located near the Prouts Neck Country Club and Prouts Neck Golf Course this beach has smooth white sand and is immaculately clean (When parking please check out the signs for stray golf balls and park accordingly.). This is a great beach for families with the entire beach being in view. Additionally, the water is unobstructed and on the calm side, and the beach itself is easy to navigate being only steps away from parking. Be advised that high tide does limit space on the beach significantly.
