Fort Foster is located off Pocahontas Road in Kittery, Maine. Offering three different beach fronts, Fort Foster is not your typical beach. Each beach (Pier, Whaleback, and Rocky) are not the best locations for sun bathing; however, these beaches are great for dipping your feet in the water after a scenic walk. The trail system, which has ocean views and shaded trails, also has old forts to explore before setting up and enjoying a picnic. Fort Foster is a great place to explore and enjoy throughout the year.
