Pets

Dog owners/walkers are required to clean up after their animal immediately and dispose of the waste in a waste container. Bags are provided at many locations throughout the town. Off-leash times for town beaches: Memorial Day through November 1st, 6am to 9am and 6pm to 9pm and November 2 through the day before Memorial Day, 6am to 9pm.
Dogs must be under voice & sight control. If you have any questions please contact Animal Control Officer Ruth Ann Cowing, at the Provincetown Police Dept at 508 487-1212.
