Rice’s Beach is located at the end of Ober Street in Beverly, Massachusetts. Often called a “hidden gem”, Rice’s Beach appears to be a beach out of a movie scene. The beach is surrounded by seawalls, with a good mixture of soft sand and hard packed sand closest to the water. Borders near the seawall are shielded with rocks and the sand is strewn with seaweed. Rice’s Beach is perfect for avoiding the crowds of the larger beaches and parks in the area and the views of the Danvers River.
