Seagull Beach is the largest and most popular beach in Yarmouth. Near Parkers River the beach is well-kept during peak season with the sand being raked daily. Sand has a light mix of shells and pebbles. At the water’s edge a thick band of each are left behind from the tides. The grade to the water gradual and is the water is warm for a New England beach; waves are small and there is a moderate amount of seaweed in the water. A handicap chair is available.
