Tenean Beach is located at 120 Conley Street in Boston, Massachusetts. This small calm beach is not ideal for swimming as it is often flagged, “No Swimming, Swimming May Cause Illness” on signs posted throughout the beach area. It is, however, an excellent beach for activities, with a moderate amount of sand, a basketball court, tennis courts, playground, the Neponset Trail, and a great view of Boston. The beach is sandy and often not too crowded, making it a great option to other local beaches on busy days. The Neponset Trail offers a pathway for dog walkers, joggers, and anyone looking to take a safe walk and the playgrounds and courts provide fun for all ages. With fields of green grass, trees and gazebos providing shade during spring and summer months on bright sunny days, people can be sit to enjoy the Boston skyline view at Tenean Beach.
