West Beach or “Beverly Beach” is located on West Street in Beverly, Massachusetts. Perfect for families, every amenity is within a short walk. The beach itself has a good mixture of packed sand from the tides coverage and soft sand near the sea wall. The grade into the water is gradual, and the wave size is determined by the weather. During the off-season seaweed is heavily blanketed over the sand; from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the seaweed is cleaned up and the beach is mostly clear of debris. This is a great community location, if planning to stop by plan well in advance.
