Willard Beach is located off Route 77 in South Portland, Maine. Near Southern Maine Community College, this 4 acre local favorite overlooks Casco Bay, nearby islands, and is a popular throughway for boats coming and going from Portland Harbor. The beach itself is filled with small pebbles during low-tide and has a slow drop-off.
